Ytd me do Napfa test the ( 5 items )
My pull up fail its so hard! I go retake and pass
The Sit and reach me got 33..
Jumping me got 129 ( Just pass ) Lan like hell
Pull Up only 3 =.-" ( Really lan but pass )
Sit ups i got 22 ( so hard! )
Shuttle run i got 12min +sec ( 2 also pass )

I got a bronze medal same as last yr
Kristy, Amanda ( Enqi ) and Ng Si qi all so gd lor
Surely get GOLD OR SILVER
